Introduction:
It acts as an acrylic processing aid and foaming agent. It enables excellent surface-glossiness, fast fusion, good cell uniformity and low density for PVC foaming products. It enhances color stability due to reduction in sticking to metal surface during process and has high melting strength. It reduces the dosage of int./ext. lubricants, imparts excellent sheet uniformity and excellent surface quality & hardness. Used to produce PVC foaming products, PVC profile, pipes and panel. ACR-401processing aid is an acrylic polymer which can promote fusion and fluidity of PVC compound to improve the appearance of PVC products.
